If you are in Canmore, this is a MUST DO. We took the easy one hour tour down the river and and it was so amazing. Not only do you get to see some gorgeous scenery, but the guide we had - Nova - taught us so much about everything we saw. She even took the little girls we were with (ages 7 and 9) on a fun mini swim adventure.

This was such an informative tour. Tristan was our river raft guide. He shared a wealth of knowledge into historical, wildlife, plant, and local living experiences. All you had to do was listen and he would peak your interest on any topic. He answered all the questions asked and delighted in conversation. He was warm, funny and kind hearted. You could see his spark for nature and zest for life. We especially loved his sharing about edible plants, the stories behind the names of the mountains, his sharing about fish species and animals frequenting the ecosystem. We got an amazing view of the three sisters mountains to top it all off. He was amazing with our daughter and was teaching her about rocks and minerals when we stopped at a little island. He made this experience for us an amazing memory we will always cherish. The tour was well organized and all the other individuals worked together as a solid team. I strongly recommend a Canmore Raft tour! 😊❤️⛰️

We had a really good experience in rafting. My family enjoyed a lot. Greg (G) was very welcoming and helped us feel at ease. I would definitely bring future guests to experience this tour. ps. I had to take one star off because when we were disembarking the raft, Canmore Raft Tour's dog (who came with the CRT vehicle with another guide) lunged at my daughter. The dog turned out to be friendly but we were very scared for a second. Regardless of the nature of the dog, I ask CRT to keep the dog's leash tied somewhere when they are busy with disembarking process. Thank you.

We took the Townie tour and it was a beautiful 45 minute float down the river with a quick return to Canmore in the shuttle bus. The scenery is stunning and the friendly guides shared interesting local knowledge along the way. It's the second time I've joined them and would totally do it again.

If you're looking for a fun yet calm adventure, Canmore Rafting Tours is for you. I'm a local who took her bff during her visit from Ontario. I enjoyed the different perspective of the mountain ranges, especially Three Sisters. We saw osprey which was cool. Our guide, Luke, is a nice guy and made us laugh. I definitely recommend CRT to visitors!
