We recently went on a river float with Canmore Raft tours whilst exploring the area and we have to say this was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide was so knowledgeable and interesting with amazing information about the area. By floating you have no noise and are able to appreciate the wonderful sounds of nature and it gives you a beautiful perspective of the land as well. Highly recommend doing a float of you are in the Canmore or Banff area

Just had an awesome experience on the river with CRT! It was insanely windy but we had a great time. Our guide was Craig and he was so knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company.

While I can't find the Mountain City Brew Bus Page - my invoice came from the rafting company, with the same address. So my review is about the Bow Valley Beer Shuttle. I booked in April, knowing that it would need a minimum to run (noted extensively on the site & invoice). I found it strange after I booked though, that when a friend tried to buy tickets to join us, the tour was no longer available. I was highly disappointed that at 8pm, the night before the tour, they offered the self guided tour instead (and a refund in difference in price). We chose this tour solely because of the transport option. All things considered, I wish I could accurately review the service this company provides, but I was disappointed in the lack of communication & timeline of cancellation from the company end. I fully believe they had no intention of fulfilling this tour, but waited until the evening before to cancel on us. Edit: adding that after Canmore raft tours reply, I went back to check. Both my invoice, and emails come from “Canmore Raft Tours” as per photo attached

Tour was awesome, our guide Simon gave us lots of information and was super personable. Beautiful area and even saw some elk.

Had an amazing afternoon with Canmore Raft Tours! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and organized on arrival. Ben was an excellent guide, knew what he was doing on the water, explained everything as we went, and made my kids feel safe so that they really enjoyed. His enthusiasm for being on the river was contagious, and sharing his love of the area and the mountains just added to a great afternoon. 100% recommend.

What fun! We lucked out with a beautiful day and calm waters last week. Gregg was our guide and was wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell he enjoys his job! Lots of photo opportunities with beautiful backgrounds and he was happy to snap a family photo for us.

The perfect way to finish our stay in Canmore when it felt almost impossible to top the fab days before. As a family of three, we did the Beneath the Peaks tour, drifting and paddling down the Bow river with another family and our guide, Nova. It was a very different way to enjoy the beauty of the valley and was brought further to life through Nova’s knowledge about the area which was organic and informative. She was expert in managing our journey, patient with our son (and adults) and made the whole experience relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend! Thank you so much - we all ‘loved it’!

The Raft Tour is wonderful. Shout out to Zoey, our tour guide, for creating such an enjoyable experience. Imagine gently floating down Bow River on a sunny day, surrounded by mountains, while listening to fun facts about the town of Canmore and the adjacent mountains. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Canmore!
